Job Description

Bajra is seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of expertise in building, managing and improving outcome-driven SEO campaigns for different types of businesses. This position will report directly to Senior Management, and comes with the additional responsibility of building a team around this specialization. Pay will be commensurate with relevant experience and market. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree 

• 3+ Years of experience with SEO-based marketing or other digital marketing

• 1+ Year(s) of experience leading and managing SEO-based outcome(s)

• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow through challenges

• Self-motivated

Responsibility

• Develop the company's approach towards SEO-related activities

• Design, run and manage complete end-to-end SEO campaigns

• Serve as the expert for internal and external SEO-related activities

• Build out SEO Team and customer-specific solutions

• Research industry trends and practices and suggest new ideas for improving internal and customer-related activities

• Work closely with concerned departments to develop creative ways for addressing brand recognition needs

• Generate updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming initiatives

• Ensure proper flow of information; maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to company procedures
